My service was scheduled between 8 and 10. I asked if the technician could show up at 8 if possible, and he arrived promptly at 8. He was professional and answered all of my questions. I also appreciate that he put slippers over his shoes so he didn't track snow or water into my house.
Solid professional service.
I called you @ 4:00pm, reporting no heat in our home. The answering person assured me the tech would call at 6:00pm. At 7:00pm there was still no call from anyone at SH&AC, so I called your 24 hr. answering service. He told me someone would call me right away. At 7:45pm, with no reply yet from anyone at SH&AC I called Centerpoint. They came within a 1/2 hr. I was very irritated with your customer service. A phone call from someone to acknowledge my call and estimate when the tech would be to our home is something I expect as common courtesy and also would provide good customer service and repeat use of SH&AC's services from us.

The technician who came to do a tuneup was prompt, friendly, helpful, gave useful answers to questions, and seemed to do a thorough job.

During the sales presentation Steve Van Bokern told me that as a part of a special promotion that if I bought the new furnace that I would receive mini-Ipad. I have not received the i-pad or had any communications about it. I have called Steve, his sales manager, and sent an email through your web site and none of my communications have been returned.

Friendly and helpful staff in the office and out in the field. They're always willing to explain issues to us so we can fully understand. As a property management company it is hard to find a company so willing and able to work with us with our large scope properties. We will continue to work with them in the future.

The "Employees", they are customer orientated. In review of my 10 years as a customer, I can not think of any experience with any employee that was unpleasant. I can easily recall many superior occasions and employee's, and the result is a well functioning HVAC system. I just call it the Gold Standard.

Explain the minimum trip and labor charge. My issue was fixed in 20minutes but was charged 79 in labor . Seems like should be billed by hour!

I had Ben come out on Jan.21 to give me an estimate on a new furnace. He said he would email me the estimates the next day. I haven't heard anything to date. Perhaps because my furnace is currently working, he didn't prioritize it and may have forgotten about it.
