We got the problem diagnosed, a new furnace purchased and a new furnace installed within 28 hours of making the first call. I liked how the sales rep brought us space heaters to use for when the old furnace was no longer working and we needed to wait until the next morning to get the new one instlled - that saved us a HUGE amount of hassle
All the technicians that I've encountered in the past 20 years are professional, knowledgeable, share information and always courteous. All major upgrades I've had done by Standard have been top notch, well installed and work areas cleaned thoroughly.

The technicians who've serviced my furnaces and AC take their time and explain what they've done, plus leave a written statement.
They also give good advice like buying the extra maintenance policy that keeps the furnace clean and working at top efficiency.

Paul arrived at a reasonable time in the service window. He was courteous and wore shoe booties to avoid tracking in snow and mud. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Great service.

Call prior to technician showing up on site. I was quoted that technician would contact me approx. 30min prior to showing up. That was discussed with disbatch while scheduling appointment.
The fact that it's easy to schedule an appointment and we don't have to worry about much when we do the prepaid program. Having things checked on a regular basis gives us one less thing to worry about.
