Easy to schedule most of the time. Technician calls to say they're coming. The technicians I've dealt with appear knowledgeable. They share what they are doing with me and have given me suggestions for improving the operation of my heating/AC equipment

The service technician know what he was doing. He was kind and polite. I had him last August,2012 I did not remember him but he remember me.I like that.

My wife woke me Tuesday morning with " the furnace isn't working". I spent 10 minutes trying to figure it out myself then checked Angie's List. I was familiar with the name " Standard heating and AC " somehow and the ratings were good on Angie's list so I tried them. They got a service tech out within hours - he gave me a fair assessment of my 25 year old clunker furnace and set me up with a salesman to look at a replacement furnace.I had heard that same assessment the last time ir failed 5 years but had it repaired that time. That $$ part now wasn't even available anymore. Nate from Standard was great - he grabbed an install slot for the next day and literally 30 hours after the old furnace blew out I had a new improved one installed.. The house feels warmer due to the newer technology on the blowers and burners. The installers were polite young gentleman who didn't leave a footprint or any sort of mess. Absolutely 10 out of 10 experience - they are highly recommended. PS I can almost see this as a good thing since I later found out my old Lennox had been known to have heat exchanger leak problems ( mine did) that could have caused a carbon monoxide issue if the furnace hadn't failed when it did.

Personnel are always very courteous. They wear shoecovers to protect carpeting from dirt on shoes. They always explain what they are doing.
