The people I've worked with on the phone or in person have always been knowledgeable and helpful.
I have had excellent customer service from your company all around. Your technician, I believe Chris, has gone above and beyond to help me figure out my furnace maintenance and air conditioner maintenance, as well as programming and other things I have needed to know.
I am interested in talking to a sales person again regarding a new furnace. I would like a call regarding the details on that. I did have a rep out a few months ago, and am now ready to look m ore seriously at purchasing.

Nathan was efficient, quickly identified the problem, outlined my potential courses of action, and then let me decide.
Tech was on time, quickly assessed my problem and fixed it within 10 minutes, turns out the common wire I needed had been pushed back into the wall by the previous owner. It is great to have an honest repairman show up, he showed me the issue and fixed it without any unnecessary work or cost. Thanks!

Your service employees are very professional and timely.
Been using Standard for over30 years. In that time only once did I have a problem with service. That particular time I notified Standard and the problem was corrected. Once out of 30 years is good in my mind. I trust Standard to have qualified competent service people coming to my house.

We were referred to Standard Heating and Air due to knowing someone would have to access our attic to check the motor/blower. We were not informed ahead of time that we would have to place wood planks down for the service person to walk in the attic. The gentleman that came out to the house seemed to be very knowledgeable but commented that it's going to be hot up in the attic, I felt this deterred him from completing what we were asking of the service call. To improve service and knowing a customer is asking to access their attic, be forthcoming about all situations that may arise and prepare the homeowner of their responsibilities.

I feel I was held hostage and ripped off on my air conditioner service call yesterday. The technician said I was low on coolant, which I expected, and then gave me three options: 1) add refrigerant- $250; 2) add refrigerant with sealant- $450; 3)look for source of leak and fix- $300 to $2500.
I asked how many tablespoons of sealant would cost $200 and he told me this stuff is 'really expensive' - I agree-- the small tube of NuCalgon can be bought for about $60. It didn't add 5 minutes of his time to install this dose of sealant. A $200 adder for this is over the top. I know you have to make money, but $200 to add sealant to the refrigerant is over the top.
Again, I feel I was hostage- what could I do at this point- call another provider and incur trip charges again? You had me over a barrel.
I own my home and a rental property. I also am in charge of building and grounds at our Unitarian-Universalist fellowship. I had hoped to use you in the future, because I was well satisfied with the furnace installation you did at my home in April. Now I think I'll keep looking for a supplier.
In terms of what you can do to make this right, you can give me a $100 credit for the next service call I might need.
