Standard Heating has a well organized staff equipped with well-maintained trucks and equipment. It was scheduled so that different specialties (i.e. HVAC Tech, pipefitter, electrician) showed up on a staggered schedule as they were needed, preventing anyone from spending any significant time waiting for another specialist to clear out.
Your bid was the highest of 3 I obtained for very similar AC systems.

Friendly staff! Always courteous and follow through on commitments. It's the small stuff like actually calling ahead to notify your customer when you will be at their door step is what matters. I am always happy to see my SH tech as I know it will be a good experience. Same holds true when I call to schedule appointments. The Customer service is great!

I was surprised that our air conditioner needed an expensive repair. The unit is 12 years old
Former marketing person and installer did not deliver exact requirements I asked for.
I don't have humidifier in third floor due to Standard Heating's communication issue. I asked 2-3 times during installation to make sure that we will be ok without humidifier and I got "Yes" every time. But, I have to run old humidifier since it is so dry in the winter.
I like that you warrantied the thermostat you installed for me about four years ago.

You guys continually deliver excellent service. I always feel like you bend over backwards to help me. I cannot say enough positive things about you guys. I will never look for another company as long as Standard is in business!
I like how your service is organized to provide scheduled maintenance of my furnace and AC. But, what I like most is the excellent and personable service provided by Deacon. He is always on time, works efficiently and effectively, explains what he is doing to me and responds to all of my questions.

Denise (my sales contact) and the office were very responsive to the couple questions I had after the install. The installer (Mike) was efficient, along with the sub-contracted electricians, and they answered my questions during the install. Mike tried his hardest to avoid cutting into the basement ceiling (even though I told him it was fine because I plan on replacing it) and did a very clean job routing the refrigerant lines, sealing at the wall, and building all of the necessary duct work. After trying the system out I found I wanted a bit higher air flow, and they scheduled a service call the next day, increased the air flow, and re-checked the refrigerant charge. Excellent service all around.
