The technician
Normally your promptness. Friday our air conditioner was shut down. Jeremy came Saturday to fix it and couldn't. So it is Sunday and we are sweltering because it's too hot to open the windows. Hopefully someone will be here tomorrow with a new coil. Of course it will be cool tomorrow so we'll be cooler any way wether they come or not.

They called to say when coming and came on time. Service tech offered other helpful hints on running the air conditioner.
Timely, friendly, thorough
We received a second opinion and in 15 minutes they replaced the damaged wires. You quoted $1500 for a repair or an expensive $4700 new system.
We had a water leak in our basement and the problem was not resolved with your visit. We have called another plumber to see if he can fix it. Disappointed. Called your office and asked about coming back out. Said it might be the water heater - not sure. The person on the phone said you don't do water heaters so we should call someone else. Again not satisfactory to me. Hopefully the problem will be resolved tomorrow when the new plumber comes out.
I can't say enough good things about Standard. They show up when they say, they don't try to up sell you on things you don't need, their prices are reasonable, they stand behind their work and their people are friendly and just plain nice. I've been recommending them for years, and I'd never consider using anyone else.
