Super friendly, prompt and patient in explaining what will be done. Also great in explaining additional features.
The only snafu was that I have an expandable hose and I didn't realize he didn't know how they worked. I went to check on the hose and make sure the water was off and found that the hose was "blown out". No longer expands. I think this was because he didn't know how it worked and didn't realize the nozzle needed to be left in the 'on" position when the faucet is turned on.
I called and talked with Tim and am very satisfied with your customer service. Thanks for all you are doing to ensure my furnace and air conditioner run smoothly.

Not sure, but our heating/cooling system is only 6 years old and we are paying $1,500 to get it fixed. We expected a longer life out of it than that.

The technician's are always friendly and professional.
The installation started on time and was finished that afternoon. The installers laid drop cloths on the carpet and thourly cleaned up before they left. The new AC and furnace equipment is quieter and more efficient than the old equipment. I feel that we got a great AC and furnace at a good price along with professional installation
The technician did not turn the furnace/AC back on after replacing the switch on the furnace.
Fortunately I knew what to look for and fix after turning on the AC and getting no result!
There are people who would need an emergency service call or be without AC on a humid 90 degree day.
