The one thing I didn't appreciate was being told by the service rep -- as he was leaving -- that there was an increase in the fee. I had to ask him for info in writing (he did go out to his truck and get me a brochure).
I should have been informed of the price increase when the appointment was made; and I should have received it in writing.

Your salesperson was wonderful and knowledgable. He was not great at replying to email quickly, but was very available by phone. If the price had been closer I would have chosen you based solely on your salesman Rich. It truly ended up coming down to too much price difference to absorb. You were more than 500 over the next bid. Same equipent, same warrantee.
We will keep you in mind for other projects though. For sure. Highly confident in your competence.

You service at Standard is absolutely first-rate, from the people who answer the phone to the technicians who come out to do the service. My call for help with our central air conditioner that was not cooling (in quite hot weather naturally!) was handled promptly and professionally. David was here in 48 hours and had the problem diagnosed almost immediately. He had the central air conditioner working in short order, and while it needs a new coil to complete the repair, David ordered the part and told us it would be replaced in about two weeks. In the meantime, he put the central air conditioner in working mode and assured us it would be working until the coil could be replaced. We are cool and comfortable -- and most grateful for the excellent service! Thank you!

I like having a regular maintenance check-up plan for my furnace and air conditioning. It gives me peace of mind that a professional is doing regular maintence on both. And I am really impressed with your service professional, Benton. He always takes the time to answer my concerns or questions. He also makes recommendations and will give me a 'heads-up' on what to watch for or what to expect regarding maintenance issues. He is professional, friendly, and very knowledgable. I really appreciate this company, my experience has been stellar.

You could leave the information re the installation at the place before the installers depart. I talked to someone in the office but I have not received anything yet. When I call the people are fine. The installers are fine but I don't know everything I need to know re the unit. I need written manuals. Name removed
