Courteous and prompt in service calls. Reasonable prices. Answer all questions.
I like the preventive checkups to be sure my furnace and air conditioner are in good running condition before something goes wrong.
All personnel were friendly and helpful. We were able to schedule appointments quickly and easily, and were able to get our air conditioner replaced at a reasonable price within a few days.
The initial service was done quickly and professionally, at what we thought was a reasonable price. When we inquired about further maintenance, your tech at the time (whose name we can't remember), told us about your ongoing maintenance subscription plan and made it seem like such a no-brainer that we decided to sign up. The first part (the A/C inspection) was done painlessly, your tech arrived within a reasonable amount of time, and he answered all the questions we had well. We're very satisfied.

The techs are better than the office/call-in experience. Once someone looks up your account over the phone, they should know you have a contract with the company. Its like when you have a higher level of frequent flyer miles, you have a different level of customer service. Also, you should include emergency service int he summer for a contract person, not just winter.

Prompt, HONEST, polite HVAC company! When Minneapolis St. Paul Heating/Plumbing/AC "red-flagged" our furnace last winter in zero-degree weather, Standard came out and cheerfully replaced a couple of major parts that were fully covered under manufacturer's warranty (furnace was about 6 years old), where MSP instead wanted to send out a sales guy so we could pick out a brand new furnace for "as little as $6K!" Thanks but no thanks, MSP! So glad the previous owners at our place used Standard for the original installation, as they saved us thousands!
