The person refused to take my coupon she said If I dont want a shampoo I have to pay full price of 25 dollars but I didn't need or want a shampoo. There was noone else there to talk to I was the last customer of the day I shouldn't have to get a shampoo in order to use a coupon for a free haircut
The app needs an obvious way to assign a kids cut vs adult.

First really horrible haircut I’ve ever had at Sport clips. Uneven sides wcut with clippers, wrong size blade. Scissors feather non existent.
Carla was very friendly and did a great job.
Usually I like going to Sport clips to get my hair cut and would usually rate 9 or 10. This last time I went the stylist spent the first few minutes of the cut dis respecting my mother who trimmed my hair to get me through until I could get in. When I advised her that my hair is thick and locks up clippers she stated that "I have to use them to fix what your mother did." I said I didn't mind her using them just to be careful. She then proceeded to start using them normally and it immediately locked onto my hair pulling it. The hair cut was not what I wanted either after telling her I wanted it slicked back she continued cutting it with a right parted cut. Communication was also horrible. All and all she was the most rude and disrespectful stylist I have ever had at the store.
