The location is well staffed and I was able to get a haircut in a reasonable amount of time The wait time is where improvement can be made in my opinion. I chose a specific stylist that was already working with a customer so not her fault on the time it took. Not a fan of having to sign in to get in line for a haircut is the only other thing I dislike about the overall experience.
The service was great! Like always! My conversations with my stylists are always great and she always do an awesome job at cutting my hair!
Excellent service and stylist
I have been there a couple times and by far Roschelle has been the best of the two visits. She listens to your wanted style of hair cut, performs with exceptional care and will communicate with you if this is the way you want it or shorter. And strike up conversation where you feel at ease. A great experience, and highly recomend her, she will be the one who continues cutting my hair..

I usually ask for Maretta each time I come as she is an awesome stylist. She is someone who is always super welcoming and attentive.
Train the stylists more? Make sure they are up on the latest styles. Maybe I am wrong but it seems like for the most part they have the super cuts style down but that’s it. Not all of them but I feel the majority of them.

Service was excellent. The Gal who cut my sons hair did an excellent job. He has a head full of curls and when she finished, It looked great, his mom loved it his sister thought it was awesome.

During the haircut, the lady was avoiding the front hairline for some reason until she took the cape off and I told her. Also, I was charged $32 + tax for just a haircut; I thought that was called varsity. I said no to the "MVP" warm towel, shampoo, and massage when she started. I would have said something, but I got the feeling she was trying to rush and get rid of me, even though no customers were waiting.

Tammy did an excellent job on my hair! She knew exactly what do do without me having to provide any guidance, and it was the first time she’d ever cut my hair!

Maria, is hard to beat when it comes to customer care and service. She is always friendly, courteous, kind, and professional. Always makes sure I am totally content with my haircut before I leave her station. Always on her game and always asks about additional products that I may have a need for. More cutters on the weekend to decrease wait time. Even signing up online, the wait was over 30 minutes after arrival at the store
