The app saves me time from just siting and waiting . Paola did a great job. I will no longer drive to the woodlands location to be passed over when the stylist cancels my request to put someone Ahead off me adds me back on. Thank Brittany Vo- never again

Sometimes stylists can rush on cutting hair which isn’t always the best but Mariam really took her time on cutting my hair and I appreciated it. She did a really good job on blending in my fade because she took her time and paid attention to the detail.

Renee currently cuts my hair, and she is FANTASTIC! It always takes me a while to find a stylist I like, and when I do, I try to stick with them as long as possible. If everyone at Sports Clips was as good as Renee, I would rate Sports Clips 10.
Great value
I arrived at 10:00 AM and there was one person in front of me. I was told not to check in because there was an issue with the cash register. When I was allowed to check in, the first customer was checking in and the stylist said to use a second terminal. A third person by this time had entered the store and used that terminal.
In the end, the third customer was taken first, followed by the first customer. I was taken third. I therefore had to wait 40 minutes for a stylist, which I should not have had to wait. I addressed this with the stylist when I was called. She said that she knew the person who got serviced first was the third person to enter the store, but there was nothing she could do.
I was very disappointed and very upset. She said I had no recourse.

Hopefully you read this. I am traveling in Boston MA and received "On Deck" notifications from you. This happens ALL the time! It is not me however you have and allow another individual to sign in under my profile. I have physically watched an employee change it to reflect my details and only my name & associated phone number. Then it gets changed back?!? My profile of hair cut also is different. I like the lady I go to and have gone to many times in Sugar Land but am about to start going to Great Clips
