The sports clips location in Mont Belvieu had only been open for a week when I went there myself. And I received the same service, care, and consideration that I have always had from Sports Clips for the past 25 years.

Please check my sign in time for 1/28/26. It was about 10:30 AM. The store was empty and no one including staff was visible. I have been using Sportsclips for 15 years. After what was about 10 minutes I noticed a girl with long blond hair to her waste at the very back of the store. She could see me but did not come out. Finally she came to the front and never greeted me or said hello, just are you ready.
If that store is losing business, you need to change the staff, cold and disrespectful. Usually there are 2 or three persons waiting or not arrived. I was the only one there and still I sat waiting for no good reason.
Then she said, what are you here for? I said to get my hair cut. Then she starts asking me in a negative tone how to cut it. Every time I go to SC, they know my preferences. This time this girl said I had no preference listed. I've used that location 5 times, more at the Willis store. Then she accused me of never being at the store before.
She hacked at my hair and was just plain rude. And then with my hair hanging down in front of my face she asks me how I like it? Where did this girl get trained, who watches her actions?
I'm done with SC. The staff changes and disappears and there does not seem to be a dress code, really fat girls stuffed in stretch pants who are plain disgusting to look at.
What ever happened to welcome to SC?
She was great! Probably the best hairstylist I’ve met at Sportsclips.
The online check in. Sometimes it doesn’t matter you arrive on time. And need to wait 40 more mins. ( not this last time)

Nothing beats being pampered with hot towels, relaxing head and back massages, and that “refreshing” cold spray to finish it off. Always a great visit and a great way to recharge. Well done, Sport Clips!
