While I respect the individual hair dressers working hard and trying to make a living, They should be trained to stop trying to sell me products when I am not interested. I dont mind being asked straight out if I want to buy a product, but please dont try to say that all products in the market are dangerous so you can create an opening to sell me something. Do not try to create some kind of scalp condition where none exists. The hair stylist tried to show me some dandruff in my hair when I could not see any. Finally, after I abruptly told her not to try to sell me any product, she turned the hair blower straight on my face, pretending that it was an accident. Finally, she left my side burns one side an inch longer than the other side. I usually tip very heavily, but I did not leave any tip this time for this reason.
I like the fact that I can setup an appointment with the app, select my favorite stylist and minimize waiting in line. It's usually a quick in and out, and Jenny always does a great job.
