Awful experience. Terrible cut.
The young lady that cut my hair was very polite, and courteous. She did the job quite well. And in a proficient manner
My hair was cut was just like I wanted it. Cynthia is the only one I will let cut my hair. I'm sure the others are good too.

I like the products, but some styles are very pushy to purchase.
It seems like there's too much pressure on your employees to meet their quota.
Suggestion selling... more training...maybe ask to apply a product to the customer and, at the same time, explain the product and what it means to their hair.
The stylist cared about my needs and want i wanted.
Specifically the stylist that helped me. She was very kind and conversational. I am grateful for her service!
