My stylist Ms. Alex is patient with my autistic son and we have been going for 11 years at this location.
Good service
The cut is pleasing, and getting the clipped hairs washed out at the end. The scalp massage is nice too. Wish that lasted a little longer.

First of all the price is right, then I like I can schedule ahead of arriving, the stylist I had listened to me and did what I asked. I have very straight, difficult hair so in the end I was extremely satisfied with my cut.
Usually haircuts a mediocre. That being said, this was the best job someone has done in a LONG time at this location.

Convenience and attentiveness of staff. Yessel is friendly and gives me a great cut and beard trim every time. She’s the best.
Service seems to have changed. Used to be the stylist would make an effort to ask questions about trimming eye brows, asking throughout the cut if it was meeting expectations, etc. now it is truly a get you out the door as quickly as possible. And then the tip starts at 25%. Fair tip for a good service but not for what is currently being provided. I will try one more time which will be the third try and if it is same experience I will assume it is the new business model of Sports Clips and try the barber across the street.
