I like the ability to see estimated wait times online and the ease of phone number check-in on site. The MVP treatment is nice for the hot towel. I wish the pressure massage was on clothing without the towel draped over the body.

My son got the worst haircut of his life, we will not be back.
I had to use clippers at home to fix the haircut because there was missed spots doing a skin fade. The bangs were done. Strangely, I was never shown a mirror of the back of my head. The way the style is to seem to be covering it up, I assumed it was a bad haircut, I was correct. I was shocked when I got to the register and see the haircuts are under $27. I did not seeing option to give no tip. It used to be $19.99 for a haircut and with tip would be the price of the haircut without the tip now. I will not be coming back. I am tired of being ripped off. I do a fine job cutting my own hair. There's no incentive to come here.

Helen is great. She has a lot of experience cutting hair and it shows. It is difficult to get an appointment with her but that is the process you pay. Great haircut, great price.
Stylist was unfriendly.. I paid for a beard trim.. got home and found that the beard was longer on one side of my face. Ended up redoing it myself. For 39 dollars I think I’ll go elsewhere next time.
