All of the barbers at this location have been great! They treated me and my sons like VIPs and we all got great cuts, washes, and massages! I’d definitely recommend to others.

Only one sideburn was cut and my neckline wasn’t even touched.

I signed up on the app. Received a message I was on deck. Arrived at the store to check in and my name wasn’t on the board. I was asked “are you sure you signed up?..maybe it was a different store….i don’t know what to tell you”. It turns out that the receptionist was using my check in on a different First name removed. Once her customer brought it up, she never acknowledge she had made a mistake or apologized. I realize it was a mistake, but after I showed my phone and the Checkin in and the store were all correct, I apparently was still the one that screwed up. This is the second time customer service has been terrible at this store and the haircuts are on par with the level of service at this point.

I like the online check-in. The mvp is always good when you have a few more minutes to spare. But the regular cut is good as well. I like washing and hot towel to get rid of the cut hair. Very good experience.
Love the early check-in on the mobile app, and the workers are always nice and cut my hair exactly the way I like it. I also like that they are able to know when my last haircut was, and what they did on my previous cut.
