I like how efficient everything is and how friendly everyone always is. I followed Ke’Anna from the location she was at before. She has never given me a bad cut in the almost ten years that she’s been cutting my hair.

First visit. Forest took the time to understand what I wanted and asked questions as she worked to be sure I was getting the cut I wanted. The result was very good.

Unfortunately I didnt have a great experience this time. This was the second time that I had my Haircut by Ann and she seemed very careless with her way of cutting hair. To start off I asked for a low fade and pointed to just below the top of my ears and asked for her tp trim my beard. I have some bad cowlick in my beard and asked her to trim that as well. During the whole process she was really hard to hear and didn't seem to have good awareness of her hands and utensils. Her fingers went into my ear canal multiple times. Also while using a blower to get rid of hair on me she moved directly across my right ear therefore blasting my ear drum with a huge gust of wind approximately 2-3 inches away from me. A little context for you. I've had multiple ear surgeries and have frequent ear infections. Because of that her fingers and the powerful gust of wind in my ear made me feel super uncomfortable to say the least. The overall haircut wasn't even what I asked for. I asked for a low fade and now my hair doesn't really start till you get to the top of my head. She cut it way too high and nowhere close to where I pointed out. It felt rushed. At one point while lining my mustache she ran her clippers across the entire length of my lips. Didn't even give me a chance to tuck my lip in. She didnt even get the cow kick in my beard. I had to trim it myself. I've had better haircuts at Great Clips. It is because of this experience, I will be making sure that I don't select "First stylist available" while she is working.
