The easy process, not a lot of time spent on trying to sell products I don't want. Everybody is focused on get folks the product they want. David Sharp is a good salesperson who knows the product and how to present it in a way to be helpful. He took time to show me how to set up the car with my electronics. Eric Smith answered my questions about loan and warranty.

Well Ralph was very nice and pleasant. When I came back he said they had been very busy cause I mentioned it and if I wanted to wait he would tell me about the recalls and make the appts but I was with someone else and didn't want to wait cause it was getting late. I never got the message they sent showing it was done so I just took my time before I went back. I mentioned it to him and he said it was because sometimes they go through and sometimes they don't and I know that happens sometimes but I believe it was because they were so busy. They were crowded on both sides of the service floor. Other wise, everything was okay as far as I could tell. Thank you.
