We had the best sales rep ever! He was not pushy like most sales reps. He didn't hover over us when we were "just looking". Once we decided on the vehicle we were interested in, he went above and beyond! He was extremely down to earth and made us his top priority! He was extremely helpful with all questions for the tucson we purchased and all the way to the financing part. He took the time to come show us how to work/set most of the features that came on this vehicle, before we left the lot. So when training your new reps/salesmen, i would recommend that you let Jeff York, teach them how to treat your potential customers. Mr Jeff York deserves recognition and a raise!!! I will be giving Mr. York's name to others interested in purchasing a new Hyundai.
