I had strange brake sounds and needed to get to the bottom of the issue. It took a bit to get scheduled, but no vital issue and could wait. Scheduling process was easy. The service attendant called to speak with me on the day of the appointment, as I was not on the premises as work was being done. They did what they could to find the culprit to the brake noise. I felt they were very thorough getting to the minor details of the issue. I appreciate their meticulous attention to detail. They did a great job!!! I was quoted a price before they began the work so was anticipating this to be at least the minimum. They actually charged me exactly HALF OF WHAT WAS QUOTED. I appreciate honest and ethical business approach.
