Looking at the vehicles for the first time since the introduction of the brand into the USA. Was impressed with their new models. Not impressed with the dealer adding thousands of dollars to the MSRP as a profit called "Marek Adjustment." This is a troubling trend: INFLATED CAR PRICES.
The first service for my car was free. I didn’t expect that but that was a kind gesture. The service department also washed my car which was nice as well.
It was easy to setup a recall appointment - got it the next day. They don't oversell service.
Was in and out in under an hour! And they washed and hand dried my car as well

Efficient service department and knowledgeable salespersons
I have had 4 Hyundai vehicles and have had wonderful service on all of them. Currently have a leased 21 Sonata and owned 18 Sante Fe. My recent service was for my Sante Fe and got in and out quickly for an oil change and tire rotation. Ralph got me in and out quickly, advised I needed to replace a couple of air filters, which he took care of. Upon completion we discussed my need for tires, the October sale and made an appointment to take care of new tires plus front brake pad replacements. In and out in about an hour! Great vehicles, a friendly and helpful staff keeps both my wife and I returning for future vehicle needs.
