The people are why we come back! Chad Givens has a a trustworthy and knowledgeable salesman, and our product specialist, Jamal Wagner, was so patient and helpful in setting up the features of our vehicle. We will be back again! (This was our 7th or 8th vehicle we have leased from Don Franklin!)

The staff is always professional and courteous. I can't speak to all the costs of service but the oil change cost is very competitive. I prefer to have the folks that I bough the car from to also service it.
