Dawn was great to deal with.. purchased a second vehicle, 2 weeks after first purchase because it went so well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new/used car. Only negative that I wish had been addressed it the tire condition on the 2nd truck. I know lots do an inspection on used vehicles and the tires have to be replaced because they were described as unsafe when I went to a local tires dealer. They were apparently the original tires that came on the vehicle, a 2016 model with 41,000 miles.

They were actually prepared and provided. I had previously taken a day off work, driven and hour to Gates Hyundai, and waited for 45 minutes to find out that they didn't have the part for the recall - the sole purpose of the appointment. With your service, you wouldn't even book the appointment until you had the part, I drove just as long, but you were ready and I was out the door in less time with the service actually completed. It was so simple and everyone from the scheduler, to the parts guy, to the service guy were friendly and helpful.
