Quality products, great service, but the people make the difference. We just traded for a Jeep Gladiator. Chad was our salesman. James Anderson helped when Chad got covered up with other customers. Lindsey Anderson did our finance paperwork, and we have been buying cars from Eddie Thompson for over 30 years. All of these people were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Everyone was very helpful and let me know what the problem was with my car right away and I did not have to wait very long for it to be repaired. the cost was reasonable for what they did. I have always (since I bought my 2013 Elantra) from there for any repairs. Always satisfied with the service and will return if I have more issues. Also my grandson loved the snacks.

Xavian was great to work with and made the entire purchase smooth. We came in one day just to look and then scheduled a time to come back and meet when we had more time. He was very patient and when we arrived for our appointment, he had everything ready. We knew exactly which model we were looking for and it was up front and ready to test drive. We also started the financing before the appointment, which it really sped up the buying process. Xavian was great and staying in communication with us and making sure we were prepared. The sales manager did a great job making sure he found the best financing route before sending our credit to 100 banks. He made us feel at ease knowing he cared about getting us taken care of without damaging our credit. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle.
