Darryl the sales guy was great! We are from Tennessee and it took us over a week to get there due to weather and schedules. So excited that my husband made it there in time to purchase our Sequoia before the other two customers did.

Your representatives were all knowledgeable and helpful. They did not hurry me, and they were concerned that I understood the basics and had a good idea of how to implement the extras. Friendly staff. Has snacks in the waiting room. I do feel Genesis people get the short end of the stick in comparison to other luxury car owners. Please look at what others are offering. If I am paying Lexus prices, I hope to get some Lexus perks
