The time spent on servicing my car was done very efficiently and well. I certainly liked that. I wish I hadn't had to wait so long for an appointment, although I understand the potential reasons why.
Kelvin was an excellent salesperson to work with. "Salesperson" doesn't seem like the right title though. He explained the features of the Tucson without being over-bearing. He communicated quickly once my new car arrived. Once the deal was sealed, he spent the extra time helping me set up the systems, ensuring I could make it home safely and automatically start enjoying the car.
Oh, and yes -- I do love my new car! It has more than I could ask for. A hybrid was a little power boost? How can you go wrong? Smart sexy lines and a complete infotainment package. Most certainly! Amazing service package to keep her running like a new car for a long time. Sign me up.
