I purchased my GV70 in Chicago but live in Lexington and had it serviced at Don Franklin. I was very pleased with the service department. Andy, the service manager was great as was Chris, the service writer.
I plan to have my Genesis for a long time so I was very pleased that Don Franklin's service department is so good.
