Most car lots aren’t very nice and attentive to customers & Dawn was completely opposite, she was fabulous. And most car lots are easy to deny you & just stop right there, they usually aren’t willing to look for other options. My salesperson stayed with me throughout a process after I had had lost my previous vehicle in a car accident. So happy with my choice! I have a very dependable & nice vehicle now.

I think that you should treat your customers the same as you do your new car purchasers ... offer a vehicle to use while servicing their car or at least have a courteous car for transportation. Also reinstate your coffee service.
