The service department at Don Franklin Kia of Somerset is wonderful. I always feel welcome to browse the lot or just sit in the comfortable waiting area. There is water or fresh coffee to drink, and you can watch tv or use the WiFi to surf your phone. They also have table and chairs so if you need to do some work or just have your lunch while you wait. The people are great and keep you updated on what’s going on and how long it will be till your vehicle is ready!
