Chris Staley was the sales guy that helped me and he did a wonderful job working with me. I didn’t honestly think there was much of a chance that I would be able to do the trade, as my car was just purchased in February. I just wasn’t satisfied with it and I needed back in an SUV. He told me at the beginning that he would fight for me, and he worked tirelessly to do just that.

As far as products and services, I like Kia vehicles. They are pretty and the warranty is the best to be found. I just traded a new K5 for a Sorento and I could not be happier. Friendly advice: Don’t leave a “mom” SUV and go down to a small car, it won’t work for a you.
Thankfully, the guys at Kia made it much easier for me than I thought it would be. The team that worked on Black Friday was a hard working crew.

I had a great experience at Don Franklin Kia my sales man was Stanley Simcox he was very nice not pushy or anything and explained everything an really listened to my questions and answered them an made sure I was satisfied with my purchase he even called to made sure I made it home ok
I was met with almost instantly no waiting really. I gave a price range and looked at the options I had test drove and ended up taking something home. I’d recommend anyone to go to you all if they are looking for a vehicle
