I had called the dealership I purchased from. I got an automated pick up. It forwarded my call and no one answered. I called for 3days periodically with no progress just to get an oil change. I called Don Franklin and a live person answered on 2nd ring. She handled all my questions effortlessly and before we hung up, I had a text confirming my appointment. A reminder text the morning of. Very friendly people and great service.
