I've had a issue with my car since I bought it literally and Don int the service department has been great with trying to figure out the issue he has been very kind and knowledgeable and if he needed sometimes he would go ask someone. Y'all need more Dons but need to do better with the cars because I've had a issue with mine since I got it within driving it 3k miles I have had it at kia every 1k miles because it is using or losing oil I didn't pay this kind of money for a car for it to be trash but Don is doing everything in his power to find the problem. HE NEEDS A RAISE

At Don Franklin Somerset, they are god sent! Don was my service advisor and he fought to the very end to get me back on the road in a vehicle that drove like a brand new car, which was my previously bought brand new SUV. Highly recommend Don Franklin Somerset!!

I love my KIA. Only thing we set in the lobby waiting for 3 hours no one asked if we needed anything. After listening to the manager talking about how employees should come over and talk with people waiting for the cars to be maintenance. So that was a little disappointing. The service crew excellent!

My first vehicle purchase there was a 2021 Kia Rio and I truly liked the car. It was reliable and I had no major issues during the four years that I drove it. I recently purchased a 2025 K4. So far I like the way it drives and the gas mileage seems good. The main reason that I have chosen to stay with your company is because of the wonderful customer service and one particular salesman. He is awesome and deserves recognition for his hard work. Customer service and kindness goes a long way. Reputation is important so keep up the good work.
