chad was my advisor. i appeared on last minute scheduling for an oil change, and in addition to it being last minute in the afternoon, the team had the multi-point inspection, tire rotation and oil change done very very quickly. for them it was already a packed day and i got amazing consideration. i had my dog with me and was able to roam with him while they did the work; i was shocked a person from the back walked over to where i was to offer my dog water, talked for a moment, and even more shocked chad walked out to the back of the lot where my dog and i were located to discuss the inspection report and also update me on progress. the exit process was incredible and the cashier, a fellow dog owner, was great to talk with after my car was complete, when most people would be in a hurry to see you leave. all of my special requests during the brief service visit were also completed. i truly dislike surveys, i know why they exist and i never do them; good or bad. this is an exception i make probably two times a year. great job everyone!

I bought a KIA Soul 23 in the latter part of July. I had only had it a couple of weeks and the radio system went out this is the back up camera,etc. They tried to get the part to replace it. Then KIA told them to try to update it. I took it back and they tried updating it. Still didn’t work. Finally they were given the ok by KIA to reorder the part. I know that whenever a car is new that sometimes it’s harder to get parts for them. Eventually they received the part and installed it. I was a little concerned but Somerset KIA did everything they could to make it right. Ty Hargis worked diligently to get things done.
