I purchased new Chevrolet Silverado back in 2016 here at Don Franklin , the costumer service was exceptional, this experience brought me back. I worked with Michaela online and on the phone in regards to a used 2021 Chevrolet Trail Boss. Michaela was very professional and easy to work with. When I arrived at the dealership I met Mike Prewitt. Mike was a huge help, he’s an excellent salesman. I give the sales team a definite 10. I do have a couple complaints First: I drove from Clinton TN to look and possibly come to a deal on the truck, when i test drove the truck it was on empty. After coming to a deal the dealer offered 40$ to put in the tank. In my opinion the dealer should always feel the tank as a thank you for the business. Secondly the truck only had one KEY and FOB, this is a huge inconvenience for me but not a dealbreaker. It would have been nice to at least been offered a new KEY and FOB so i would have two sets of keys.

We’ve always been treated well from the purchase of my new vehicle in 2019 to anytime we’ve been to the dealership for service. My last oil change took a little longer than we expected but we took advantage of the free guest WiFi so it was all good.
