The management and staff were both very courteous and accommodating in arranging my inspection and test drive of a 2021 Chevrolet Express van. I appreciate the personalized service and attention to detail that are a trademark of Don Franklin Auto. Manager Joe Cummins gives his undivided attention to the customers' wants and needs. We purchased our 3rd vehicle from Don Franklin Chevrolet in Somerset on Saturday March 25, 2023. The sales and service teams are wonderful. The no pressure ease of purchasing a vehicle is unmatched. The service department is very accommodating and timely on service.

Our 2nd vehicle had a transmission issue with 115,000 miles and had to be replaced. The dealership stood behind the promised coverage and it was never a question.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. They are the best.
