I've never any issue until the last oil change the cover on the bottom of the engine wasn't

secured properly it fell of and broke the same day.

Service at the London Don Franklin was very good. I went in without an appointment (usually I get one but had forgotten to). The service gentleman was quick to come out and did tell me I would have a wait, It did not take them long at all and that was on a Saturday morning .
