Absolutely love the service team at Don Franklin Ford Lincoln! Robbie Brown is the best service manager I have ever met and the service advisors are top notch. I got there without an appointment for an oil change they got me right in and out within a very reasonable amount of time.
You get me in, get me out, charge a reasonable price and you work on my Chevys.
The Teams work well with customers they listen to what you want and if your in the service area they also listen and each and every one at any Don Franklin is very nice !!

These guys are great. Due to an unrelated issue, I had one day and a set budget to work with to buy a new vehicle. They had a trim on the lot I liked but it was outside my budget. Working within the time constraints and budget they located the same model but in a base trim i could afford and had it delivered from another of their lots in another county.
