I converted from Chevrolet to Ford in 2014. Since then I have had far fewer issues with vehicles. Don Franklin specifically Don Franklin Ford in London has been incredible to work with and they truly know what customer service is.

First service was for an oil change with no issues and quick service. A few days later, had a leaking / flat tire, they got me in and out once again with no issues with quick and courteous service.

Ford is a great brand but it’s amplified by Bobby Ayers selling it. Bobby was patient, understanding and a pleasure to work with. Without great people like Bobby to sell their product, I wouldn’t have purchased a Ford.
