Every time I have been at the Don Franklin Ford dealership I have had nothing but amazing experiences l. My first ever service trip was to install some aftermarket accessories. Jake Stines in service and the parts manager were both awesome. 10 out of 10!!

I like the availability to bring other vehicles from don Franklin sites. And I always have great service when I come! I bought my current vehicle there and everyone is always very friendly. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

All of your employees are very nice, helpful, and accommodating. They get you in and out in a timely manner. They are always very courteous. I would highly recommend Don Franklin to anyone. Their sales staff go above and beyond to try and help you get into a vehicle like they did for me and it was just a wonderful experience. I have never met a dealership that was so customer oriented. Please tell all of your employees that they are exceptional.

I recently had my F-150 in for service at Don Franklin Ford, London, KY.
The service writer, Jacob welcomed me when I entered the service area, asked me if I was having any difficulties with the vehicle and explained what they were going to do.
1 hour and 15 minutes later Jacob met me in the customer waiting area explained the work that was completed and thanked me for being a Don Franklin customer.
These folks are the reason I travel from Somerset, KY to London to have my Ford vehicle serviced. Bobby, Somerset, KY
