In the past we have had bad experiences with dealerships, even when we were looking for our current vehicle. Don Franklin has changed our minds about dealerships. A lot of them play games with you and look for ways to take more of your money but we have only experienced good things at Don Franklin. The sales was very low pressure and the service department was exceptional where we were treated professionally and with good customer service. The waiting area was very nice and the restrooms as well. It has been a great experience working with Derek and the staff at Don Franklin.

The entire team/ staff at the London Don Franklin are all very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. Wait times are not too bad and the atmosphere they have while waiting is very comfortable.
Recently bought a Ford Edge. The process from the time I arrived at the lot, to discussing the trade to driving away in the car I wanted was absolutely painless. The young salesperson, Ryan Muncy, performed admirably. Any questions I had he either answered them on the spot or had the answers by the time I returned from the test drive. Additionally, the finance manager (whose name escapes me at the moment) that handled the transaction was extremely professional and completed the task in a timely manner. Would recommend Don Franklin Ford, London to anyone.

Customer service (redemption in my case) is critical to a successful business. The service department was super attentive to my needs and helped me figure out issues I felt were problematic. Their team including the service manager and assistant manager went above and beyond to regain my trust. Very thankful for their kindness and understanding.
Their sales staff were knowledgeable and up front, I appreciated that. Miss Kindra was super sweet.
