Amber was outstanding. She was patient and kind and when I told her I wanted a yellow bronco she found one in Somerset and had it brought to London. She didn't try to force us into a vehicle we didn't want. Sale was a smooth as silk. Thank you so much!

I ordered my Mustang Mach-E through Don Franklin Ford in London in January and Amy was very patient with me; keeping me updated throughout the process. When it arrived, Ryan picked me up and took me to the dealership. We had pre-approval from our bank but they were able to get us a lower interest rate with Ford. Very smooth and easy process!

Easy to make appointment for services on my car. Friendly helpful staff. Not too pushy about added services you don’t want. They let you know what services you need at what time. Clean facility nice place to wait. They don’t make you wait along time. Efficient but timely service.
