We have been customers of both Don Franklin Ford and Don Franklin Dodge for a long time. We send friends and family to Don Franklin because we know they will be treated with respect. The sales teams at both locations are both knowledgeable and want to help you get the best deal possible. The service dept has always went beyond expectations. Jacob is our go to for everything in the service dept. We have just purchased another Lincoln because we feel we can’t get this service anywhere else.

Lee Smith's service (Don Franklin Used Cars/London, KY) was absolutely amazing. He was helping us out and had great communication skills. When that first car was sold, Lee called Me and my Husband up and informed us that the vehicle was retrieved on Sunday and was sold. And he helped out over the course of 5 days trying to find the perfect car for us (within our price range and reliable). Honestly I hope Lee gets a raise, because he deserves one. His service was absolutely amazing.
