Jill was an amazing sales person. The rest was normal car lot stuff. Also Walt is wonderful.
I may have accidentally hit a wrong answer on the first question. I loved every part of working with Don Franklin Nissan. Jill was our salesperson, and she was patient despite us driving a combined 5 test drives. She stayed late on a Friday night to sell us two cars, and she was in early Saturday morning to finish things up. We were treated royally.

I recently had a rear tire with low pressure. I arrived without an appointment and they were able to determine the tire could not be repaired. A new tire was ordered and installed the next day‼️
They were efficient and completed the work as desired.

Chris was very friendly and efficient. My car was serviced quickly. The complimentary multi-point inspection was explained to me, highlighting some areas that might need to be serviced during my next visit. It was reassuring to know that my car was in good hands.

New building No Coffee for the waiting area for clients waiting to get car serviced??
No car wash when getting car serviced No longer?? Sad....My first experience in the new building was disappointing.....I hope this isn't the standard going forward, if it is the client experience is far from being a family experience that I experienced in years past.
If you buy tires there you shouldn't have to pay for rotation when other dealers offer FREE Rotation.
Need to bring back car wash obviously this enhances the overall customer experience. But As I discovered this week NISSAN doesn't really care about it clients, As they use to.
