GREAT SERVICE
I am naturally hesitant about taking a vehicle to a dealership for service, figuring they would find all kinds of ways to charge one for repairs or employ high pressure sales tactics to sell cars to someone who might not need one at the time.
When I did come to Don Franklin for a service issue I was a little wary about how busy the place was, figuring even with an appointment I would be just another car in a line.
First name removed Abrahamson was my designated service adviser and while he was extremely busy he took the time to analyze my problem, explain the issue and answer my uneducated questions. So instead I felt like a valued customer whose problem was quickly resolved at a reasonable price. Heck, he even threw in a quick car wash when the service was completed, and that was a nice unexpected touch.
And a large crew working there that I had any brief encounter with were friendly and efficient, so one felt like a customer instead of another faceless person in a line. It was a good experience and an excellent example, even as busy as they were, of caring for and being attentive to the customer.

All is well, the service is expensive! My service was an oil change and tire rotation. An air filter was also added however the total charge was over $100.00. No wonder vehicle owners go to independent garage owners.

Service is first rate!
Ron is the service advisor that I always go to when I go to Don Franklin. He is always upbeat and knows my name. We exchange pleasantries before business. Ron is very knowledgeable and even remembers my car. I bought my 2013 Sentra new from Glenn and it was by far not the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car. Since then I have bought two additional new vehicles from other dealers. The only thing that gets me through the door at Franklin is the service that Ron provides.

i was a walk-in and helped promptly. i felt i was given good information and provided a solution to my problem for a reasonable price. that solution was also initiated promptly, and i did not have to spend a lot of time waiting just for the work to start. don franklin's nissan service department is really good.

Great dealership, great people selling vehicles
The employees in the Nissan service department were great. I called the day before to confirm or try to reschedule a later time for the same day. A man who said his name was Ralph answered at the Hyundai service building. Ralph was exceptionally rude, told me to stop talking when I was attempting to explain a request for a later time for the same day, told me I was wrong and did not have an appointment for the next day, then raised his voice when I asked to speak with someone else saying to hold on so he could check the other service buildings. Ralph then told me I called the wrong place. I explained I called the main number and there was one option to choose for the service department. Ralph told me I was wrong, which I was not, and continued to be rude and nasty refusing to transfer me to someone who knew how to help me. Ralph eventually found my appointment and was only somewhat appropriate when I asked his name at the end of the call so I could let someone know how he spoke to me. Ralph has no business answering the line at any department at any point in time.
