I had a wiring issue that was not properly repaired by your facility in 2018 and 2019. I was charged for these repairs when they should have been covered by my warranty or paid for by Dutch's Chevrolet because they sold me my truck as new when it was actually used (over 500 miles) and damaged. This is a case of fraud which needs to be reported to the KY AG. I have a large file with all of my wranglings with Dutch's and GM over the years, with nothing but BS in response. I even have photographic evidence after completing my purchase, but criminals stick together. As my PTSD from serving in Iraq in 2003 and 2004 worsened over the last few years, I gave up the fight against the evil cabal of Dutch's and GM.
But, last week, Kaci Valdez, and your service manager, finally had the repairs done properly. Now, for the first time since I've had my truck, it runs smoothly and without a variety of sensor error messages going off on my dashboard and e-mailed to me by OnStar. When I last left your facility in 2019 after the second repair attempt, I got a new error message on my dashboard before I even made it home. I just figured I was screwed by Dutch's and GM. I continued driving with rough idling, stalling, rough shifting, and bad gas mileage. Last week, your service manager and/or technician discovered, and fixed, the shortcuts taken by your technicians in 2018 and 2019 that did not fix the wiring between the sensors and the computer, leaving the sensor feedback to be intermittent whenever I hit a bump. Thank you, Kaci and crew!
Now that my vehicle is defect free, I can trade it or sell it without guilt, which is something no one at Dutch's ever found in their soul. It only has 27K miles and is like new. I would keep it if it wasn't for all of the bad memories.
