I had an appointment for 10 am and at that time they was already working my vehicle. That means a lot to me. They also kept me updated on their progress and when they should be completed. This was my first time using the service department and it was for my first time oil change. So glad to have purchased my 2022 SUV from Don Franklin GMC in Lexington !

Quick service this trip
I love my GMC pickup truck, my little baby (SASSY) loved her truck, and I would never sell it. It meant a lot to her, so it means a lot to me. Lesa Taylor at parts/service manager, always looks out for me and my GMC and she is a great representative. Sometimes she does not even have time to eat, making sure everyone is being taken care of. Kaci Valdez went above and beyond making sure I got my wipers right before a storm hit, so I could see and get safely home. James Sweet overheard me talking to Lesa and came right over to set me up to have my truck run though the service dept. to make sure my GMC is in perfect working order. Little things like that mean a lot to a customer, it reminds me of days gone by when dealerships went that extra mile for a customer because they saw them as a person and wanted to help keep them safe and have a customer and friend for life.
