What do you like about our products and services?

Great salesman very helpful. Like the extra warranty unlimited mileage from you guys but Iwas told I had to have the oil changed at a D Franklin shop couldn’t go to a GM dealer if caught out of state. I go to a Florida 6 months a yr. And travel out west. Kinda silly rule to me not practical for travel. First name removed’t mind doing that when here at all. The other is not thought thru. Otherwise everything was great

Enjoyed the selection of vehicles. One of the reasons we chose to go to Don Franklin Auto was the vast selection.
The salesman Ben Rollins was extremely courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at and throughout the whole sale process.

Well built, solid, smooth products! Service with Don Franklin was exceptional…they listened to my questions and concerns and were not pushy! They took their time to make sure the experience was thorough and my needs were met!

The lifetime power train warranty was a great perk when we purchased our GMC. Everyone at the dealership there has been pleasant and easy to deal with.

Everyone is so polite. Service gets the work done in a timely manner. I have two GMC’s that I love we have not had hardly any problems out of them and if we do Don Franklin service gets raided and get the problem fixed.

I like the GM products....particularly the Buick LaCrosse and am sorry they are not producing it any more. I liked the mileage and the ride.
