John Berry is easy to work with. I wasn't real happy with my choice of vehicle last October and called on John to trade in my "new" truck for one that I'd be more happy with. AT4X is a nice ride! I don't think I'll be trading that one in any time soon.

Fantastic customer service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and respectful of my time. I’ve been a loyal Rod Hatfield customer for years but after several poor customer service experiences and most recently having a truck sold out from under my husband, I decided to give you a try. Will definitely be switching all of our business to you including the truck my husband is looking to purchase.

The sales lady that I dealt with when I purchased my Buick and then my Hyundai was phenominal. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car and very patient as I asked many questions. She explained all the functions of the vehicle and did so thoroughly and very politely. That is why I would buy from this dealership again because of this person.
