Dawn was super working with in the service area, and Catarina Kirby always says "Hello Name removed". After 3 years she remembers my name and has sweet words when not busy with a buyer. The place is always very clean. Have always been offered transportation when needed and informed on everything.
I did have one disappointment this time though. Whomever did the replacement of the sunroof latch must have drilled out a larger hole or something and there were small metal shavings all over the seats and carpet that I had to vacuum out before my journey the next morning. (I had just had the Acadia detail cleaned the day before.)

From the minute I arrived until I picked up my truck, I was made to feel I was the only customer they had. Dawn kept me informed throughout the process calling me to keep me informed.
When I went in to pick up my truck, I told Dawn that I wish other service areas were as pleasant as she. Some of our retailers could take a lesson from her.
While waiting for my truck to be brought around to me, I overheard other service folks talking to customers. All had very pleasant attitudes.
The whole process was easy and my salesperson, Catarina, was beyond terrific and easy to work with. She fought for me the whole way to earn my business and trust.

Friendly honest staff
I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. My typical times for this service would be Saturday morning, but this time it was on a Thursday morning. When I arrived I noticed that there was construction going on at the building next door causing a bit of a detour. While it was new to me, the employees were accustomed to this and handled everything like pros.
My oil change was completed in record time and I was on my way. The employee that was taking care of me (Robert?) was very nice and efficient in completing the paperwork. If I have the name wrong it's because I'm not at home and don't have access to my receipt. But he had the first desk as you enter the check-in area.
