Freewheel Eagan had a bike in stock (Trek FX4 Carbon Sport) that I was interested in riding and potentially purchasing. After test riding the more expensive version, I was planning to order last year’s (cheaper) model. However, after staff explained the differences between models (the inability to switch to fatter off-road tires later, for instance) I decided on this year’s (more expensive) model. Salesmen were polite and knowledgeable, repairman was engaging and eager to share expertise (most of which went over my head).

It was a good experience and I’m eager to start riding once the snow disappears, whenever that will be at this point.

Prompt service. More importantly they accessed what was needed on the bike rather going off manufacterers recommendations (ie always replace cables after 750 miles).

I brought my mtb bike in for some minor issues. I thought I had a problem with the rear shock / shock pump. I am sorry I forgot his name, one of the Jason's ??
Anyway, he took 10 minutes to explain more about shocks - damper, rebound, sag and even had me sit on the bike to make sure they were setup correctly.

I love riding more than reading about shocks so the advice (and service) I received was invaluable!
