I do think you should offer a NICA coach/racer discount. To me, it helps get a larger group in your store and when several bike shop around you offer a discount it puts your stores at a Disadvantage.
Just my 2 cents as a level 3 coach..

I had a very positive experience with the staff at the Eagan store. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. I had the intention of getting my first road bike and did. However, after one ride I knew it was not the type of bike I would like to on a regular basis. I exchanged for a Trek FX 4 and absolutely love it!
