A beautiful store and great service

The team at Freewheel Eagan is really good, particularly Tyson. Bontrager makes good stuff, but one of the things I'd really like to see is a wider selection of clothing brands and clothing options. Great shop overall though!

My go-to bike shop. They have everything I need for my bike: parts, knowledge and advice if I need it. Been going to Freewheel a longtime, and before that the former Penn Cycle. Honestly, my first option for anything bike-related. No doubt I’ll be back soon for something I need (or want!)

Tyson, Jason and the guys at the Freewheel Eagan, MN rock it out. They are super knowledgeable and have guided me through some important decisions before, during and after the new bike build. Just bought my second Trek MTN bike in early 2023 (Procaliber 2nd time around) and it’s been a great experience every time going in to the Freewheel/Eagan, MN shop. Love the bike!! Thanks guys! 😎

Between all Freewheel locations you typically have stock on items I am in need of, without having to wait for on-line orders. Overall good inventory selection and well maintained clean stores.

Your staff is excellent. I bought my bike over the phone very easy. Tyson was great. When I went in to pick it up. jadon helped me. Got my kickstand mounted and help me load up. He thoroughly explained the warranty and all the store perks. I would definitely recommend your shop.

I GREATLY appreciate the friendly, helpful customer service that they consistently give.
Especially when I need honest answers to questions that I have no clue about & know they won’t be condescending nor wasting my time with high pressure sales tactics..
Tyson (sp?) was especially patient in answering my initial question about tire pressure & so I decided to take advantage of his friendly expertise & purchase new helmet white I was there.
You don’t have to be a retired teacher to understand how important it is to answer all questions respectfully because and that’s exactly why I keep coming back!

Great staff!

I dropped my bike off on a Saturday afternoon to fix two broken spokes. I also decided to have a basic check/tune done on the bike while it was in the shop. I expected to have to wait at least a week to get the work done at a busy time now that the weather is getting nicer.
I was told that the bike would be ready on the following Thursday...quicker than I expected. To my surprise, I got a message on the Monday right after my Saturday drop off that the bike was ready to be picked up. I picked it up and it was washed, shiny and back in working order!
The staff at the Eagan store was friendly, helpful and got the job done early. Can't ask for more, especially at what I know is a busy time for bike shops.
I appreciate this service (so lacking in so many other businesses these days) since I ride the bike every day.
