Tyson and Jason were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my FatBike. My bike is more than ten years old. They advised me on what components needed to be replaced. They also showed me some good replacement parts and explained why & how they would work. They steered me into Freewheel Fanatic which helped me save money on components.
The service was timely and honest. The bike is ready for non-winter riding.
